Job summary

Barden | B Corp in North Dublin is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a finance team of 3–4 direct reports. You will oversee the month-end close, identify process improvements, and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with 4–7 years PQE, has Big 4/Top 10 training experience, and is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. This is a hands-on leadership role in a multinational setting.
