Job summary

Lilly in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a Sr. Associate – Financial Planning to support site readiness from a finance perspective and then own ongoing cost accounting once the site is operational. The role requires qualified accounting credentials and several years of experience in FP&A and cost control.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• CPA, CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the business, providing advice and analysis throughout the business plan/forecasting process.
• Support month end and year end processes, including journal entries.
• Establish the annual standard costs.
• Participating in plan target setting processes and roadmaps to achieve plan/forecast.
• Preparation of key account reconciliations.
• Understand and report results, driving financial insights to stakeholders.
• Operational readiness activities including grants and asset capitalization.
• Leading implementation of key global/regional projects.
