Job summary

DOMINO HR Ireland partnered with a tech/SaaS company in Dublin to recruit an Accounting Manager. You will lead a team of four finance professionals, oversee month-end close, and drive IFRS compliance and process improvements.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will partner with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance, while strengthening internal controls and coordinating external audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Tech/SaaS or multinational exposure.
• Strong IFRS / statutory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
• Review management accounts and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Lead the external audit process.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business performance.

About You

• 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience leading a finance team.
• Tech / SaaS or multinational experience.
• Advanced Excel.
• SAP, NetSuite or Oracle experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
