Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Finance Graduate to join the Dublin City Centre finance team on a hybrid basis. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, reporting and month-end processes.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field with strong numerical and analytical abilities and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel and developing systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance.
• Previous accountancy or finance internship experience would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Raising customer invoices and credit notes.
• Allocating and posting customer receipts.
• Assisting with bank and account reconciliations.
• Supporting credit control and resolving account queries.
• Assisting with month-end processes.
• Maintaining accurate finance records.
• Preparing reports and analysing financial information.
• Providing general support to the wider finance team.
• Learning and developing across different areas of the finance function.
