Job summary

Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and deliver system and process change initiatives within the Finance Division, with a focus on salary deduction schemes and related operational processes.

The role involves leading expert data analysis, stakeholder engagement and operational support to ensure change initiatives are delivered effectively and that the Finance Division has the technical and analytical support it requires.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues.
• Practical ETL experience and data integration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel advanced, and Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Data Lake).
• Knowledge of change management principles and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Finance stakeholders and third parties.
• Collaborate on change initiatives to translate requirements into data deliverables.
• Plan projects with defined scope, timelines and responsibilities.
• Produce high-quality MI and reporting to support decision-making.
• Support technical queries, access, training and operations within Finance.
• Lead end-to-end data analysis to onboard new schemes.
• Profile data to identify quality issues, risks and efficiency improvements.
• Define data transformation and loading rules with IT and Operations.
• Work with Technology, Change and PMO to deliver automation and data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to standardized data and onboarding practices for scalable operations.
