Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join the Finance Operations Team in Dublin.

The role requires ownership of payment processing, accurate reconciliations and timely delivery of reporting while working cross-functionally across the organisation. Responsibilities

• Manage daily employer premium receivables, ensuring payments are accurately reconciled across employers, services and policy types.
• Investigate, resolve and follow up discrepancies in premium payments, in partnership with Finance Operations and relevant business stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate monthly premium reporting, ensuring data is complete, accurate and actioned appropriately.
• Support the continuous improvement of employer payment reconciliation, collection and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across Finance Operations and the wider business.
• Undertake other relevant duties and projects as required.
