Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited in Limerick is seeking a Financial Controller to own the finance function and partner with senior leadership to drive performance. You will manage monthly accounts, payroll, cashflow, tax, and audits while strengthening controls and governance.

The role leads the finance team and supports budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions, offering strong long-term career progression in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience in a finance leadership role within industry.
• Strong financial reporting, compliance and audit knowledge.
• Proven people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial insights.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cashflow.
• Ensure tax, VAT and statutory obligations are met.
• Manage annual audit process and external advisor relationships.
• Review and improve financial controls and procedures.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.
