Sysco Ireland invites applications for a 2027 Accounting & Finance Graduate Programme in Limerick. This three-year scheme develops future finance leaders by rotating across Finance, with exposure to Operations, Sales and Merchandising while pursuing an Accountancy qualification.

From day one, graduates gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced team, supported by mentoring and structured development, aimed at building a broad financial skillset for leadership roles in the foodservice industry.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.
• Available to start September 2027.
• Full clean drivers' licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Finance Graduate Scheme runs over three years across the Finance function and with exposure to Operations, Sales and Merchandising while studying for your Accountancy qualification.
• Gain hands-on experience and broaden technical know-how in a fast-paced, international environment.
