Irish Life is offering a Trainee Accountant Programme over three years with rotations across diverse finance teams. The role provides learning opportunities, mentoring from Finance Leaders, and exposure to statutory and regulatory processes in a fast-paced multinational financial services environment.

You will develop management, interpersonal, and technical skills while benefiting from ACCA study support and a competitive salary with progression through exam milestones.

Qualifications

• High level of self-motivation with ambition to grow into a finance leader.
• Relevant third level degree (Accountancy/Business a bonus) with 2.1 Honours preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Assist planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Engage in on-the-job learning across finance teams during rotations.
