Job summary

Stryker Ireland in Carrigtwohill, Cork, invites graduates to join a 36-month Finance & Accounting Graduate Programme starting September 2027. Participants rotate across Manufacturing Finance, R&D Finance, Procurement Finance and Financial Accounting & Tax.

You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet activities while pursuing a Professional Accounting Qualification, supported by a dedicated mentor and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have already attained or be on course to attain a 2.1 result in a Level 8 or above in a Finance/Business/Accounting discipline-based Degree.
• Candidates must have/will have attained the above between June 2025 and Sept 2027.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Manufacturing Finance, R&D Finance, Procurement Finance and Financial Accounting & Tax.
• Develop skills in budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
• Gain exposure to capital investments, new product costing, savings analysis and statutory financials.
