Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Dublin/Mullingar invites applications for a Customer Operations role focused on delivering excellent customer experience and accurate billing within a regulated environment. You will manage the customer relationship with the Customer Contact Centre and support connections and developer services from development through to metering.

The role requires a third-level qualification in engineering or related field, at least 3 years in the water sector or similar, and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or related degree.
• At least 3 years' experience in the water sector or similar.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with health and safety emphasis.
• Strong teamwork and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver excellent customer experience in a regulated setting.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to manage customer relationships.
• Coordinate site visits and inspections for non-compliant or new connections.
• Assess site plans and ensure alignment with technical standards and policies.
