Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is hiring a Field Service Representative to support cooling tower treatment, water disinfection, and chemical feed equipment at customer sites. You will work independently in the field, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver practical solutions to protect assets.

Based in Clonee, this role includes safety compliance and hands-on service with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower treatment, cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts.
• Operate basic hand/power tools to complete service tasks.
