Job summary

Cooling Towers & Accessories is seeking an experienced site-based mechanical fitter ready to step into a senior field leadership role across Ireland. You will stay hands-on while developing skills to plan jobs, supervise field teams, coordinate customers and contractors, and lead safe service delivery on sites.

The role offers development opportunities, RAMS review and management, and progression into a broader field services management position with training and support.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on mechanical fitting background with site experience.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to develop RAMS, permits to work and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-site activities with on-site supervision of field teams.
• Plan and coordinate service, maintenance, installation and refurbishment work.
• Support and supervise fitters, technicians, subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Carry out site surveys and walkdowns, identify risks and determine safe methods of work.
• Develop RAMS and safety documentation with available training.
• Act as primary contact for customers with clear progress updates.
