Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Ireland to install, commission and service additive manufacturing systems along the M4/M6 corridor. You will train customers on operating AM equipment, perform remote support, and manage maintenance, upgrades and diagnostics.

The role requires a technical diploma/degree and a full UK driving license, with travel to UK base for training. A 10% allowance and company vehicle are included, alongside a healthy benefits package.

Qualifications

A high-level diploma or degree in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical or machine automation).
Experience in service, maintenance, repair, or assembly/manufacturing of AM, CNC, robotic/automation machines is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Install and commission AM systems.
Provide on-site and remote training for operators.
Scheduled service and maintenance of Renishaw AM product line including upgrades.
On-site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services.
Record data, write reports and manage customer relationships.
Ensure timely service visits and accurate timesheets.
Adhere to PPE requirements.
