Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a Service Driver/Customer Delivery Representative in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. You will start and end your day at home, delivering and servicing a cross-section of customers, with opportunities to up-sell where appropriate.

You will use problem-solving to determine efficient solutions, install or exchange units, and ensure excellent service at all times. A full driving license is essential, and a positive, proactive attitude is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Irish/EU driving license with clean record (≤6 points).
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver all customer service requests professionally.
• Provide regular updates to service management on requests.
• Ensure stock and services are suitable for customers.
• Contribute to route solutions for new requirements.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
• Meet or exceed customers' expectations.
