Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Driver/ Customer Delivery Representative in Carrigaline, Co. Cork.

The permanent, full-time role starts at a €29,350 salary with an OTE of €32,500 and involves home-to-home service, installation, collection, and exchanging units while aiming for excellent customer service. You will drive, deliver, and update management on service requests, manage stock, and contribute to route solutions.

Qualifications

Full clean Irish/EU Driving License with no more than 6 points.
Ability to work and prioritise workload within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
Provide regular updates and feedback to service management of customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achieved.
Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.
Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
Ensure the customers' expectations are always met or exceeded.
