Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Relief Service Driver in Cork City. The role involves driving and delivering to customers, installing and exchanging units, and providing excellent service daily.

You will work from home and back home, servicing diverse customers and identifying sales opportunities when appropriate. The position requires a full clean Irish/EU driving licence, strong customer service skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Full clean Irish/EU Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload within deadlines.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and proactive approach.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional manner.
• Provide regular updates/feedback to service management on customer service requests.
• Ensure stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.
• Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
• Meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
