PrepayPower is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead for the Munster region. You will lead and grow a team of Door-to-Door sales reps, recruit and coach staff, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proven track record in field sales management and strong communication skills. The role offers a base salary of €34,000 with OTE of €50,000, a €2,000 sign-on bonus after probation, and additional benefits.

• Proven track record delivering against targets in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate a team of field sales representatives in the Munster region.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, strategies and goals.
• Provide mentorship and product knowledge coaching to improve performance.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients with the team.
