Job summary

Standout Field Marketing, on behalf of Danone, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow distribution across South Dublin, Bray, Wicklow and surrounding areas. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary up to €31,000 per year including a performance bonus, company car and fuel card.

You will merchandise and strengthen in-store presence, build strong retailer relationships, promote incremental displays, and actively increase sales of Danone products across convenience retailers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales role within convenience/independents.
• Willingness to travel daily and occasional overnights.
• Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Passion for Danone brands and sustainability values.

Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility and driving distribution of Danone’s leading brands across convenience and independent retailers in your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products and ensuring strong in-store presence
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers
• Negotiating and promoting incremental displays
• Actively increasing sales and distribution of Danone products

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within convenience, independents, or impulse environments
• A motivated self-starter, confident in building new relationships
• Passion for Danone’s brands, products, and sustainability values
• Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans)
• Comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnights
• Ability to undertake manual handling/heavy lifting
