Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI). You will manage your own designated sales territory, meet homeowners face-to-face, and promote NBI fibre broadband solutions.

Full training is provided; a background in sales helps but is not essential. You will benefit from a structured earning potential with a base salary of €28,000–€30,000 plus uncapped commission and a €7 daily lunch allowance, plus a company van or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Full training provided.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to manage a designated sales territory and engage homeowners directly.

• Managing your own designated sales territory.
• Meeting homeowners face-to-face and promoting NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Submitting daily activity and sales reports.
• Planning efficient sales routes and managing leads.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and customer care.
• Becoming an expert in NBI products, services, and installation.
• Completing customer applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring customers understand their journey from sign-up to connection.
