Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI). You will manage a designated sales territory, meet homeowners in person, promote NBI broadband solutions, and drive targets with strong customer care and accurate reporting.

Role offers a structured training program, a Monday to Friday schedule (12pm–8pm), and uncapped commission with a competitive base; company vehicle or car allowance supported by a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a field sales role and manage a designated territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for home visits.
• Proactive in meeting targets and KPIs.
• Good time management and route planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own designated sales territory.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face and promote NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Plan efficient sales routes and manage leads.
• Maintain high compliance and customer care standards.
• Become an expert in NBI products, services, and installation process.
• Ensure customers understand the journey from sign-up to connection.
