Job summary

CPM Ireland is hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative to represent National Broadband Ireland (NBI) across Ireland. You will drive fibre broadband sales, educate homeowners, and build lasting relationships within your territory.

You will earn a base salary of €32,000–€35,000 with uncapped commission (OTE up to €57,000+). Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear opportunities for rapid career progression.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in field or door-to-door is preferred.
• Knowledge of broadband/telecom products is beneficial.
• Ability to manage leads and plan territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory and build relationships with customers.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face and promote NBI broadband solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports accurately.
• Plan efficient sales routes and manage leads.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and customer care.
• Become an expert in NBI products and installation.
• Assist customers from sign-up to connection.
