CPM Ireland is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to drive NBI broadband solutions nationwide. The role involves face-to-face homeowner engagement, territory management, and KPI-driven sales with a base salary and uncapped commission. Training is provided and weekend work is not required.

The package includes a company van or car allowance, fuel card, lunch allowance, and devices for daily operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm, with clear career progression within CPM.

Qualifications

• No formal sales experience required; previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to converse with homeowners face-to-face in designated territory.
• Ability to plan routes and manage leads while meeting KPIs.
