Job summary

CreatePay is expanding its field sales team and seeks a driven Area Sales Manager to win new B2B customers across your Northern Ireland territory. This 100% field-based role focuses on self-generated prospecting, pre-booked appointments, and closing deals face-to-face with business owners.

You'll earn a base salary of £45,000 plus uncapped commission with a realistic £80,000+ OTE, 25 days holiday, a company car allowance, and regular incentives as you grow territory revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B field sales.
• Track record of self-generating leads and closing new business.
• Experience in a target-driven, high-activity sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new B2B customers within your territory.
• Self-generate leads via cold calling, door-to-door prospecting and local engagement.
• Attend self-generated and pre-booked appointments to present solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and tailor CreatePay's payment solutions to customer needs.
• Close deals in the field and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
