Job summary

Viva is recruiting for a field-based Direct Representatives role covering Cork. You will promote payment and fintech services, assist merchants with verification and activation, and monitor portfolio performance while providing in-person support.

Applicants should have 2+ years in business development, CRM experience, and excellent negotiation and organizational skills. Fluent English is required, with travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in financial services or Horeca.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services features and advantages.
• Experience with CRM systems and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and diary management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Viva services by visiting clients’ premises and activating merchants.
• Assist merchants with verification, activation and onboarding processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide in-person support.
• Explain product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
