Job summary

Amtivo Group is hiring an Environmental Inspector for the Southern Region of Ireland. You will inspect food service establishments to ensure environmental compliance on fats, oils and grease, while liaising with owners and stakeholders.

The role is field-based with training provided, offering autonomy and a flexible hybrid working arrangement. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for client interactions and reporting.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently with good organisation.
• Driving licence (Category B) and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of food service establishments.
• Record findings and maintain reports.
• Investigate complaints and non-compliance issues.
• Collect samples and complete documentation.
• Produce professional inspection reports.
• Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
• Manage workload with a supportive team.
