Job summary

Force is seeking a Trainer – Health & Wellness to deliver product education to pharmacy and health store teams across Ireland. This field-based role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the health and wellness industry while building strong relationships with retailers and staff.

You’ll run engaging training sessions, communicate product benefits clearly, support events and launches, and share on-the-ground feedback with the marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Confident and clear communicator.
• Passion for health, wellness, or pharmacy.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Open to learning and travelling regularly.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Run engaging product training sessions for pharmacy and health store staff.
• Build friendly, professional relationships with store teams.
• Learn and communicate key product benefits clearly and confidently.
• Support store events, launches, and promotions.
• Share on-the-ground feedback with the wider team.
• Travel across Ireland (and occasionally the UK) for training and trade shows.
