Job summary

Collibra is seeking an Account Program Manager to serve as the strategic partner for U.S. Federal customers within Collibra Public Sector.

You will drive adoption, ensure value realization, and coordinate across sales, services, support, and engineering to safeguard account health and revenue. You will bridge customer mission needs with Collibra solutions, manage onboarding, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing operations, and lead governance on roadmaps and best practices to deliver sustained

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar).
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC).
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with assigned federal accounts and serve as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate onboarding, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• Proactively safeguard account health, revenue, and customer satisfaction across multiple teams.
• Align Collibra services to customer goals and success criteria, including renewals and expansions.
• Lead cross-functional discussions on product capabilities, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; deliver regular status updates to customers and leadership.
• Manage escalations and provide clear product feedback to the product management teams.
