Primark is offering a 12‑month undergraduate placement in Dublin starting Summer 2027. You’ll gain real projects with autonomy and mentorship within a global fashion group.

You’ll work with experts, enjoy social and professional development, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment. The programme includes a generous €30,000 salary, 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and support with relocation and settling into Ireland.

Qualifications

• Must be a great communicator with a passion for fashion and trends.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle workload with some support.
• Studying Fashion Buying, Fashion Design or Commercial-based degree is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Dive in with real work after induction and join your teams on projects.
• Learn the department by performing tasks and contributing to outcomes.
• See how stock moves and departments are arranged to enhance customer experience.
• Take on real responsibility from day one.
• Attend team meetings, masterclasses, and regular buddy/line manager check-ins to develop.
• Prepare and present to your Director at the end of the placement.
