Job summary

Primark in Dublin offers a 12-month undergraduate placement in Quality starting Summer 2027. You will work on real projects with autonomy, collaborating with product operations across Ladieswear to Homeware and with suppliers to ensure products meet high standards.

The programme includes a development path, mentorship, wellbeing initiatives, and a 27-day holiday entitlement, plus an in-store discount. A permanent role may be available after graduation.

Qualifications

• You’re an undergraduate seeking a 12-month placement.
• Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills.
• Integrity, initiative and sound judgement.
• Interest in fashion quality and supplier collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate to Dublin if required.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality teams to ensure products meet high standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Product Technologists on training.
• Gain hands-on experience across texture, colour and fabric quality.
• Assist in product and process improvements from day one.
• Contribute to training and knowledge transfer within the team.
