Job summary

Primark is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement in Design starting Summer 2027 in Dublin. You’ll work on real projects with autonomy, supported by mentors and colleagues, contributing to fashion ranges and graphics for our customers.

You’ll build a strong portfolio, gain hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and learn end-to-end design processes from briefs to supplier-ready files. Relocation and welfare supports are provided by Primark.

Qualifications

• Creative portfolio showing design potential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work across hand-drawn and Mac-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research and design a commercial range and adapt latest trends.
• Follow briefs, track amends and prepare design files for meetings with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Design team to develop garment shapes and typography.
