UPS Ireland is seeking a Facility Coordinator to safeguard assets, manage maintenance, and oversee safety compliance at a Dublin site. This role ensures smooth operations and proactive risk management across building systems and security.
You will plan preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and liaise with Real Estate and Security teams to drive continuous improvements and compliance. This is a permanent on-site position based in County Dublin.

The facility coordinator is responsible for the protection of UPS assets, facilities, grounds and equipment. He/she assists the operations management with the facility maintenance and compliance auditing, warehouse equipment maintenance, housekeeping, facility safety and security aspects. The facility coordinator manages as well smaller projects independently and oversees / prioritize the work of contractors. The facility coordinator reports direct to the BaSE Supervisor.
