Qualifications

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in building systems.
  • Experience with building technical systems (BMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire protection).
  • Understanding of Irish electrical regulations and HSA guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical failures (out of hours).
  • Excellent verbal and email communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end facility technical operations and act as escalation point.
  • Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and occupancy services.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance and asset replacement plans.
  • Inspect and audit suppliers and critical systems to prevent downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to critical incidents and outages, including after-hours support.
  • Maintain up-to-date logbooks and documentation.
  • Drive cost efficiencies and reliable building performance.
