Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing capital projects in facilities or construction.
• Mastery-level knowledge of facilities and construction project management methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and forecasting.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from business case to closeout.
• Manage multiple capital projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Direct external design consultants, construction managers, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop business cases and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
