Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Lead for a Westmeath manufacturing site. You will own site facilities, lead maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role involves managing a small team, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards. You will focus on energy efficiency and site performance, delivering projects and upgrades to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services, utilities, and maintenance systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing external contractors.
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
