Job summary

Stryker Macroom in Ireland is seeking a permanent, on-site Maintenance Engineer to join our production site. You will perform maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, PLCs, BMS, HVAC, Access Controls and build compliance with Health & Safety and Quality System requirements.

Candidates should have a Level 7/8 Engineering degree (desirable), CNC experience (Mazak/DMG) and at least three years in a similar role. Proactive troubleshooting, CMMS data entry, and applying lean problem solving will drive

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large company or with a related service provider to industry.
Engineering degree is desirable.
CNC experience is an advantage (Mazak/DMG).
Strong communication and interaction with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

Build compliance into all aspects of their work by maintaining conformity to Health & Safety and Quality System requirements.
Maintenance activities on production equipment: electrical, pneumatic, PLCs, BMS, HVAC, Access Controls.
Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Use the CMMS system to record scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; perform Break Down Analysis (BDA).
Support the Daily Management system and use lean tools for problem solving and continuous improvement.
Maintain site standards on cGMP.
