Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or general operations role (hotel or hospitality experience an advantage).
• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends.
• Full clean driving licence desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a well-presented property.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance checks and minor repairs across the property.
• Support all teams with equipment upkeep and stock management.
• Assist with waste management, deliveries, and storage area organisation.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure back-of-house areas meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (grounds, snow/ice clearing, event set-up).
• Support porter and general operational duties as needed.
