Job summary

Ingenyx is seeking a senior leader to support the development of a culture of Continuous Improvement at the Limerick site, overseeing Maintenance and facilities infrastructure, mentoring staff, and driving employee involvement. You will lead the Facilities Team, manage utilities and expansion projects, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Background in lean initiatives & improvements.
• Planning and Organisation skills – Project and programme oversight, sponsorship and management.
• Understanding of Lean Principles.
• Ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to help employees reach their full potential.
• Manage and improve equipment PM and uptime metrics.
• Identify CI opportunities and translate into projects delivering profitability, quality and safety.
• Monitor plant project performance and address slippages or barriers to success.
• Provide leadership for continuous improvement activities on site.
• Provide evaluation, reporting and communication on CI to all levels.
• Lead the Facilities Team to prioritise and deliver focused improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate utilities planning for machine installation and expansion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage plant waste disposal and contract cleaning.
• Oversee security of plant and systems.
• Ensure Quality and EHS policies are followed.
• Drive sustainability of power, water, gas usage.
• Understand finance - profit & loss and budgeting.
• Perform other duties as required.
