Aramark Ireland is recruiting a Business Development Manager to represent our Facilities business in the Irish market. You will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from engagement through tender to contract close, and work with Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver agreed targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development, sales or bid management within Facilities Management in Ireland.
• Track record of winning new business and managing tender processes for multi-year contracts.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Solid commercial and financial awareness, including pricing, margins and risk.
• Knowledge of FM services: cleaning, security, maintenance and workplace services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong organizational skills.
• 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Food, Hospitality, Property or Retail services is advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop and progress new Facilities business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Implement the sales and retention plan to meet financial targets for new business and expansion.
• Lead preparation and delivery of tenders and proposals for Facilities services, negotiating contracts to close.
• Manage sales and tender activity within your defined portfolio and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and other teams to tailor pricing and risk positions.
• Work with Operations to drive retention and growth across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, consultants and industry contacts to secure new business.
• Position Aramark as a strategic partner offering integrated Facilities with wider capabilities.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition and regulatory changes in the Irish FM sector.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to leverage global expertise and best practice.
