Tuath Housing is seeking a Facilities and Estates Team Leader to coach and support a team in delivering a high‑quality, compliant Facilities and Estates service across Dublin and surrounding locations. You will ensure safe, well‑maintained homes and operate within policy frameworks and KPIs.

Working alongside the Facilities and Estates Manager, you will drive operational improvements, supervise coordinators, manage suppliers, and contribute to cost control and sustainability initiatives while

• Experience in facilities and estates management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee property, office and estate maintenance including communal spaces and grounds.
• Provide management, coaching and support to Facilities Coordinators and work with the Facilities and Estates Manager on priorities and customer service.
• Support contract and supplier management for facilities-related services and identify opportunities to improve sustainability and reduce costs.
• Assist in budgeting for facilities and estate services and monitor spending; identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with funding applications where relevant.
• Promote the organisation's values, ensure regulatory compliance and lead a team effectively with regular performance reviews.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and risk assessments are in place, with appropriate PPE usage where required.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
