Job summary

Tuath Housing Association is seeking a Facilities and Estates Team Leader to coach and guide the Facilities and Estates Service, ensuring that Tuath's homes are safe, well-maintained and compliant with statutory requirements.

You will work with the Facilities and Estates Manager to set priorities, oversee maintenance contracts, develop delivery plans, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Tuath's values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the upkeep of communal spaces such as corridors, lifts, stairwells and external grounds.
• Coordinate services such as cleaning, landscaping, security, pest control, and waste management.
• Raise work orders for necessary repairs with the repairs team and track through to completion.
• Train Facilities Coordinators to raise repairs, monitor progress and track through to completion.
