Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Facilities Engineer to lead and deliver facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects at Castlebar and Swinford. You will drive reliability, energy efficiency, compliance with GMP and safety standards, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and external contractors.

You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, support upgrades and maintenance programmes, and help shape future site capabilities while advancing our mission in

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience within facilities, project engineering, utilities, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, water, energy, or building services.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects across Castlebar and Swinford sites.
• Drive improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and external contractors to deliver outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support facility upgrades, expansions, maintenance programmes, and critical systems improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help shape future site capabilities.
