Autism A Chara is seeking a Facilitator in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The role is 39 hours per week, requiring a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification and a passion for person-centred support.

You will work on a rota basis, driving service vehicles as needed and supporting individuals with complex needs. Ideal candidates will have fluent English, excellent communication skills and a full Irish driving licence.

Formación

• A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
• Role requires a genuine passion for person centred support.
• Ability to work with people with complex needs and adapt to individual plans.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities and routines including personal care.
• Support individuals to engage in the community and develop skills.
• Adapt communication style to suit individual needs and preferences.
• Work on a rota basis, supporting service users in planned activities.

Conocimientos

Ability to work on own initiative
