Job summary

Autism A Chara is seeking a Facilitator for our Day Service in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. This role is 15 hours per week, supporting people with complex needs through person-centred approaches and working on a rota basis.

A QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential, with a full driving licence and the ability to work independently. The position offers strong development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential.
• Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker roles and philosophy for complex needs.
• Programme planning and person-centred plans experience.
• Availability to work shifts on a rota basis.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence and ability to drive service vehicles.
• Permission to work in Ireland.
