Job summary

Autism A Chara (previously Autism Initiatives Ireland CLG) is recruiting a Facilitator for a Day service on a 30-hour work week. The role emphasizes person-centred planning, supporting individuals with complex needs, and involvement in community activities.

Candidates should hold a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification, demonstrate initiative, and have a full Irish driving licence to operate service vehicles. Permitted to work in Ireland is required, with rota-based shifts.

Qualifications required for a Facilitator:

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential, (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator.
