Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead guest service and maintain high standards across F&B areas. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will ensure smooth service, elevate guest experiences, and support a busy, high-volume hotel environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and attention to hygiene, with opportunities for development through our Dalata Academy and internal programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Micros software is preferred.
• Flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Set up and maintain Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests.
• Upsell to maximise sales.
• Complete daily SOP checklists and hygiene routines.
