Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking an F&B Duty Manager to lead strategic initiatives and daily operations of the hotel, engaging the team to deliver exceptional guest care. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding company values and fostering a respectful, inclusive culture.

You’ll supervise day-to-day hotel operations, greet guests, motivate the team, and collaborate across departments to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Get out and about in the hotel, greeting guests and motivating the team to deliver great hospitality
• Have strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as required
• Support other managers with interviews and recruitment - it's a team effort
• Coach and train new starters - we want everyone to feel confident in their new role
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with the confidence to manage conflicts or complaints seamlessly
• Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for the team
• Preferably have experience working in a branded hotel or restaurant

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The F&B Duty Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the hotel, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values.

As an F&B Duty Manager, you’ll support the senior operational team to keep the hotel running like clockwork and ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.
