Job summary

Sheraton Athlone Hotel is inviting energetic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Assistants for the summer season and beyond.

Join S Bar & Bistro or La Provence Brasserie and deliver warm, professional service, while developing skills with ongoing training, meal provisions on duty, and attractive staff discounts. A great stepping stone in hospitality careers within a renowned 4-star setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality or high-end bar or restaurant environment.
• A positive, professional, can-do attitude with strong guest focus.
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great service.

We're now hiring Food & Beverage Assistants to support our busy summer season and to grow with us long-term.
