EY Ireland is seeking a Communications Senior Manager to shape our external profile across media relations, thought leadership and reputation management. You will work with the Ireland Director of Communications and senior leaders to craft compelling narratives about our people and clients.

This high visibility role requires outstanding writing, media instincts and the ability to advise executives on sensitive issues, lead a team and manage agency partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in communications within a high-performance environment.
• Experience developing external comms and media strategies.
• Experience managing senior-level media relationships.
• Experience advising executives on communications and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communications strategies that strengthen EY's reputation.
• Advise senior leaders on media, reputation and external positioning.
• Lead relationships with journalists and identify opportunities for EY storytelling.
• Oversee press materials and editorial standards across the firm.
