• Experience as Retail Store Manager with a small team.
• Strong communication and leadership to develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about store products, building the brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
• Leading your team in driving trade activities, using expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Leading and building your teams knowledge to deliver resource planning activities, ensuring optimum staffing and addressing root causes with sustainable solutions.
• Ensuring store safety and legality by coaching the team to use security tools and maintain a safe workplace.
